  Awesome staff, atmosphere and dining experience! I planned my engagement in Key West, and was looking for the perfect place to propose. I started with Troy, the manager of Sunset Pier, who was very accommodating. He showed me the perfect view of the sunset from within the Hot Tin Roof restaurant, which is open air seating and just above their bar area in the Ocean Key Resort & Spa.
  
  He took it a step further and introduced me to the GM of banquet/food & beverage, Rodger, to reserve the perfect table with the best view for dinner. Rodger set up the reservation and introduced me to the restaurant manager, Adrian, who would be there on the evening of the proposal. Everything was falling into place and it felt very comforting to know that they had my back and were excited to be involved.
  
  On the day of the proposal, everything was ready to go and all the staff, from the hostess to our server, knew what was happening and knew what their role was. Ancuta was our server and she was AMAZING! Dinner and dessert were excellent! The plan went into action and was executed perfectly! We even had a beautiful sunset to top it off, but most importantly, SHE SAID YES!!!
  
  I will never forget my experience with my new friends at Hot Tin Roof & Sunset Pier. Troy, Rodger, Adrian and Ancuta, thank you for helping make this one of the most memorable days of my life!

  We got in at the perfect time to watch the sunset. Food was great. Truffle mac and cheese and drinks.
